Nerds for Cures is hosting another beautiful fundraising event with a group of wonderful designers whom are all coming together this weekend only, April 24th - 27th, for the Cherry Blossom Festival. Each with a wonderful new item with 100% of the purchase costs going to The American Cancer Society's Relay for Life.

Among the wonderful designers you'll find at the event is the lovely [Krave] who has released not only the adorable Cherry Blossom Dress in five different color themes/patterns but also a cute little mesh bikini complete with a color/fabric hud too!! So pretty, in pink. hehee 

As a woman who has lost close loved ones and had others effected by this awful illness, I can't express just how much I appreciate, love and support these sorts of events; and this is another not to be missed! ♥

I lost internet and almost lost this whole post! I near cried... okay I did, but just a little.
I had hoped to get a post shared in time but rl simply wasn't allowing it - so I sure hope everyone caught my (or someones) facebook and tumblr posts about Heydra's free to join group weekend that just past!

Their things are so lovely, and they offer so many group perks it's honestly worth the small fee and group slot. But to get in while it's free isn't too bad either! I was finally able to get to the Spread the Love Gacha Event that the SLGBT Alliance is currently hosting to check out all of the goodies and try my hand at some of the many gachas filled with goodies! With at least half the proceeds of every gacha play going to the PFLAG, I'm hoping to go back and try some more myself - I have a "Doe Eyes" vintage light that would look raaaather cute next to one of those  "Stag Love" buck rares! *crosses her fingers* And there's a "Men's Hoodie gacha" I soo wish came in womens! heehee. - Such a worthwhile cause, can't hurt to drop in and see if any of the gacha machine goodies just happen to tickle your fancy. Oh! While we're here I'd also love to mention another little gem I happened across later that evening (thank you tumblr!) that I'm now rather in love with! The sim is an adorable little place called [Nouveaux] and it is just as their blog describes it "Think of it like a mini-mall full of a variety of new and upcoming designers", only their sim is as adorable as the shops and I'm so very excited to see what comes from them all in the future. (At the moment, although I'm not sure for how long, they have a small sim hunt going with a few delightful little goodies to be found!)
