a cold we haven't felt on our tongues in what seems like a life time,
and the sweetness that danced over our taste buds kept us both in a quiet
moment of pure bliss.
Then add to that the adult satisfaction in discovering tucked away
in the largest office, under piles of dust covered papers and empty
treat boxes an untapped keg and a few boxes of wine!
Tonight - our now small city will remember the simpler pleasures,
some children will experience sweets they've never even known.
